1. Shipping costs

If you wish a delivery to another, non-EU country, please ask for the availability under kontakt@spiel-das.de.

The shipping costs include sales tax. When ordering multiple games, you usually do not pay shipping costs for each game, but a one-time slightly increased shipping fee for a larger package. From an order value of €59.00 (incl. VAT) we ship your orders within Germany freight free. You will be informed about the final shipping costs with the order confirmation.

Shipping abroad is done by DHL uninsured and without tracking. In case of uninsured shipping, SPIEL DAS! Verlag assumes no liability for the loss of the goods in transit or any delays in delivery. Please inform us with your order if you want insured shipping instead; in this case the shipping costs will be higher. You will be informed about the final shipping costs with the order confirmation.

2. Shipping partners

We ship orders within Germany, depending on the warehouse location / shipping location, with a package supplier of our choice. A choice on the part of the customer does not exist. We do not deliver to packing stations.

3. Packaging material

Depending on the warehouse location/shipping location, we may use recycled shipping cartons and recycled or recyclable packaging materials such as newspaper or packing paper for shipping. For recycled packaging materials, we make sure that they are undamaged and allow safe transportation.

4. Date of delivery

For information on delivery conditions and dates, please refer to the GTC.

5. Shipping time

If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment of goods as a whole.
